dude once i make a kill i wont move , why should i change teams because of rage quiters and lose that kills and xp i have gained???

simple...

yesturday i had a 2 vs 2 and i had one player swaping teams so it made it 3 vs 1 he did it about 4 times .. i saw in sever list 2 vs 1 so i joined then he switched..time and time again.. it was like they where tryin to stats pad think i would leave and they would have koth all for themselfs , well untill i jaffa raged, and called in the rest of ts

they soon learnt there lession and raged quit..
i got that narked off about it.. i had to say something to one of there clan leaders to sort out that player ...

i usually try to switch, and even up, unless i have an unusually good game going, and i finish out then switch.

ill switch if its needed with a legit team.. but if the team just had uneven sides
ill usually stay just for a bit of payback...
Also ill wait a little bit too see if teams even themselves out. A lot of times
people switch too early and then the teams get lopsided the opposite way...lol

i am ALWAYS evening teams, end up doing it 2-3 times a match somtimes, i dont care about my K/D or rank, so i switch. and when when there are more of them...AoE >
i'll stick in a match of 3V1, just to see how many i can annoy by being jumped by a little guy like me >D

That's how I do it. Unless the difference between the two teams is large.

Ye, I wait a while to see if the teams even out, like maybe 2-4 minutes. It also depends on gametype. For example on SGC Conquer I will only capture the Fuel Silo if it is 2 v 1. I will also switch if I don't recognize some of the opposing team such as if it is a team of noobies and they need some experience on their team. If the game has already progressed too far and i have a bunch of kills or a decent K/D I will just wait until the next match to switch.

My problem is that I SUCK at SGC so I try not to play them. If it gets really bad then I do switch.

i've never switched teams before a few weeks ago because until recently i mostly played sl. when there were too many sl, i usually just left and had a smoke, or joined a different match. maybe there's a simple reason that i just don't know, but the other day i was on piramess and it became badly unbalanced, like 6v2, so i was going to switch but i couldn't. the switch button was not available.
from the other side though, i prefer to be outnumbered and i don't know why most people don't feel the same. when my team outnumbers the enemy, either people are competing for kills, or taking turns (or perhaps desperately trying to not look foolish by loosing to an inferior force). but when they outnumber us, it's more challenging and more fun, and more often than not, i can end with a positive kd.

I actually agree with this at times. Though there is that thin line before the difference in numbers makes it not fun at all.

I Personally do not like you at all, same with Captain_Smorg, or however you spell his name. So I will Never switch for you. Everyone else is Cool, Even if they call me Hacker, Its sort of a nickname for me, However you two are just pests.

See you in game!
