Ok, so here is my idea.

It takes place on the current SGC map. But instead of using the whole map. you only use the Gate room, and the SL just keeps coming and the SGC keeps dying. No turrets.

What do you think?

i would love to play in the sgc using only the gate room, control room and breifing room. i've always felt that the fuel storage room destroys the feel of the sgc. it's supposed to be all narrow corridors and confined spaces. i actually love coming through the gate to a battle in the gate room. while others are whining about spawn camping, i'm saying, now this is stargate.
a gateroom only battle with no turrets would be cool, but if the tau'ri all get killed, then it becomes a sl camping situation, with lots of fire being concentrated on the doorways... the tau'ri would have no chance at all. i doubt you'd find many tau'ri willing to step into that situation, they'd probably rather just destroy the mountain...

I think. If it were to be done, it would have to be done with its own buff system.

When you start you are neutral. As the SGC starts to win, the SL's health increases so they have a longer chance to survive. And as the SL start to win the SGC health increases... All within one match, so a "Domination system within a domination system"

Could be an Idea for the devs to use as a Demo?

...Wwwweeeelllllllllll......

The other night 5th and NID were messing around trying things like, all sci vs all gould, all jaffa vs all soldier etc on different maps......

One thing we did do is on earth was the all jaffa vs sci and when we (5th) were SL we let NID as SGC take the gate room and then we preceded with a firefest through the gate......

can anyone say 18 flash nades and 32 pts in 3 seconds lol not to mention the one time i would encourage ppl to pew pew.......8 jaffa pew pewing through the gate and spaming 8 flash nades every 15 seconds rofl it was epic fun times.....and we were on both ends that night....

We have pics from our end....still hoping some NID people got video/pics from that as well. (judging from the pic perhaps i should call on scuba steve...?)

Fun Fun times for sure.

no big! it was SOOO much fun. we were all ROFLing when the entire SL team ran into the whole SGC team, and all of a sudden my FPS dropped to ONE, due to freaking SIXTEEN LAG NADES. LOOOOL, good times.
