However, I would like to propose that we all agree on a specific day to have a last hooray day. It would invlove getting all past vet's and current players to fill the servers and the ts channel.

What do you think?

Maybe January 8th and for good measure 15th. That way we have out based covered in case servers go all wonky or come down early.

Unless they can somehow get the licence back... which I doubt, but can wish.

For some reason I thought the licence would only affect SGW, I hate being naive. I still wish they never implemented the wait for other players command. Now when the servers are off line I will not be able to explore.

I just saw the 'a message to our valued community' sticky.
I can't believe gameplay will shut down after a 60 day allowance of the servers.

Can someone create a tribute clan for that period - e.g. '[SGR] user'.

I guess now we can berate GARY WHITING!!! for ruining a good thing.
He's already proven his lack of managerial skills in actually developing a game that can be released, and we can expect his mob will do nothing with SGR as was the case with SGW and the license expiry.

I suppose the question stands, will Stargate Resistance or elements of the game be re-released? Will CME hire the staff from Firesky/DCG that were dedicated to this project? And will people HERE buy it AGAIN with Gary Whiting plastered all over it. (mind you this is only a dream situation if another Stargate were ever to be released in our lifetimes, also given Gary and MGM's lack of money to commit to these projects.)

It was fun while it lasted. Expect to see me online nearly every night.

I guess if "they" got a licence from MGM they would be allowed to continue.

Speaking of Teamspeak, i moved the server back to the NL server. The USA server simply cannot remain stable. :/

I feard this day would come and i could be very likely that this is the end of stargate games

and all is becouse the incompotent gw

ps. i youst wondering what will happen when they shut down will i get a refund or something couse to sell a game then shut it down dont see as a fair deal to me.

pss. Devs you have been great in devloping the game and i absolutely not blame you it was as a dream when i got a sg game and you been more insteractive whit the player then most game devs and therefore i respect and thankes you all.

Great Idea! No disrespect intended towards my clan but for the last week my tag will change to [SGR]
