what the heck kind of ship is that in that new sig?? I mean, i've never seen it on stargate before. Looks kinda like an Ori ship, but they don't have those things sticking up ... looks more like a V ship if you ask me!!

Yes, it looks just like a regular mothership to me.

The template author could probably jump in and confirm it.

First I want to thank you for this addictive game

Can you Devs, make a Anubis Armor for the Jaffa? I love the crocodile one, all those teeth coming at you to devour you and your Tau'ri friends, but there is something more in the Anubis Armor we can't find in the Sobek, God of the dead and the afterlife with the head of the Jackal without any emotion.

That way we won't be all the same Jaffa, I can play the same maps over and over, the present bugs can stay there, but choice in outfit makes it more entertaining I think (yeah, I'm a freak of outfits)

Just looked at the rankings and half the people seem to be missing, inculding me. I checked my settings and i still have the ranking box ticked.

This knocked me for a loop as well, since the list has me jumping from number 19 to 6 in the space of a day!

Yep, I'm aware of the problem.

it seems that connection to the FireSky server timed out when retrieving the player stats.

I'll try to find some free time in the following days in implement better error recovery into the system so stuff like this hopefully won't repeat anymore.

Updated the page which displays the available signature images so it's a bit more user friendly and you don't need to scroll down anymore if you want to quickly view all the available templates (except if you are browsing the page using your mobile phone ).

Oh, don't forget to tell your friends about the Stargate Resistance Free Play Event.

Think its done the same thing with the rankings again. I seem to be missing once more.

I am a bit busy with other projects and work in the last days, but I still hope I will manage to implement some cool new feature soon.

By the way, new poll is up - Your opinion about a free play weekend.

What about adding the Tab "Top Player Per Class" listing all the best soldiers, all the best Jaffa, etc... Just an idea like that, it is more or less useful to check top classes by their own.

Also the headshots for Jaffa isn't working, but there is headshots for sure (I don't remember if I saw that comment about it or just dream about it)

For your Poll, that was H e l l of a chaotic weekend, unskilled/skilled new players all around, could fill 2 games and even 3 of the same type, that was fun

Hopefully their like it and will stay, get better, and become great enemies!

The rankings thing is now changed / fixed and problems like the one mentioned a few posts above should not happen anymore.

@TheMadDoctor_ thank you for your suggestion I will probably add this soon.

About the Jaffa headshot count...

The last time I've checked it, this value was not available via the API (actually it is there, but like some others objectives it is just a dummy empty value).

Stargate Resistance Manual - who knows, it might help someone, but it definitely can't hurt ("inspired" by this thread).

The map stats for the Temple aren't being updated on my stats page (SGRStats.com) and haven't been for a while, I don't know if anybody else has noticed such a problem with theirs?

I've refreshed the stats page and logged in and out of the site but no updates, after I won 5 times in a row and also lost twice on that map! The SGC maps stats updated, I didn't check Piramass.

just noticed this but FireWraith and icpley007 (ranked 89 and 90 respectively) are linked to the same account... did one of you accidentally type in the wrong number for your profile?

edit: just noticed Weapon_X and shredmastah (ranked 31 and 32) are also linked to the same account, as are jre2801 and halfbreedanoobis (ranked 74 and 75)

jre2801 and halfbreedanoobis, were the same people... but he isn no longer a half-breed

ok, im just bringing this to the attention of those players, so they can either correct a potential mistake or unlink a redundant account, im sure players below them would like to see their true rank.

also, i might as well through this on the post, would it be possible for the player ranking page to be altered a bit, replacing shots fired and shots hit with a column for pure accuracy, and adding a column for damage given? these are two stats i would like to be able to see and compare by, would also be very useful in the discussion about the new ranking formula
